Samantha Brewer

Samantha Brewer graduated in 2005 from the three-year Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy program in Vernon, BC. As the founder of Nexus Therapeutics in 2011, Samantha envisioned a clinic dedicated to the highest level of care, supporting clients on their journey back to health in a welcoming, natural-living focused environment.

Since 2010, Samantha has pursued advanced training in osteopathic techniques, enhancing her ability to identify root causes of dysfunction across various body systems. She continually expands her skills to provide comprehensive, personalized care as a Registered Massage Therapist in Vernon.

Certified as a Classic Pilates instructor in 2018, Samantha offers private lessons in mat, reformer, and chair Pilates. She completed her training at Pilates From The Centre in North Vancouver, BC, following a lineage just three generations removed from Joseph Pilates’ original teachings.

Oryana Grant graduated in 2000 from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy’s three-year program in Vernon, BC. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, she has expanded her expertise through courses in Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, and Myofascial Release.

Oryana’s therapeutic massage approach is tailored to a diverse clientele—from athletes to weekend warriors. Rio Levan

Rio Levan graduated in 2011 from the three-year Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy program in Vernon, BC. Prior to her RMT training, she completed an 8-month program at the Makawao School of Therapeutic Massage in Maui in 2001 and spent a decade working as a spa practitioner before dedicating herself to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Rio’s passion for massage therapy began at an early age when she discovered the soothing power of touch. She focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, helping them achieve and maintain a pain-free, healthy lifestyle. Her expertise covers all age groups—from newborns to seniors—and includes Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue and Relaxation Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Therapy, Prenatal Massage, TMJ Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation.

Dr. Shannon MacNeill
Chiropractor in Vernon, BC

Dr. Shannon MacNeill graduated from the University of Regina in 1988 and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1992. With over three decades of experience, she practiced privately in Regina for 13 years and worked at Wascana Rehab Hospital before relocating to Vernon in 2005, where she has served the community with expert chiropractic care ever since.

Dr. MacNeill specializes in treating spinal and musculoskeletal issues using diversified techniques such as manual spinal mobilization and manipulation, drop table adjustments, SOT blocks, and handheld instrument-assisted therapies. She also incorporates supportive treatments like cold laser and pulsed electromagnetic therapy to address conditions affecting the spine and extremities—including shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, and feet.

Providing care for patients of all ages, Dr. MacNeill has a particular passion for supporting seniors, helping them maintain function and improve quality of life through chiropractic care. Dr. MacNeill lives in Vernon with her husband Russ, a pharmacist, and is a proud mother to two sons.
