Classic Pilates
In the early 1900s, Joseph Pilates created an exercise method that helps decompress the spine, improve balance, prevent injuries and increase circulation and breathing capacity. ‘Pilates’, which Joe called Contrology for its introduction of precision and control of your body, is one of the most effective methods to rehabilitate chronic injuries and overcome joint pain.
